It really depends on how efficient your setup is. On an Inline Pro log manifold and stock HG I would stop at around 380-400ish and with the 3mm HG 430-450.
If your setup is fairly efficient like a ramhorn or sidewinder, you could safely do 420-430 and with a 3mm HG probably around 500 max. This is from past experience on my own motor and it has been safe/reliable for over a year. I made 415 at 10 psi with 91 octane Sidewinder/6262.
where did you get the ramhorn or sidewinder manifold?
I am having mine custom built, but Full Race, InlinePro, and a few other companies make them.

Edit: Also Kings Performance

i'm going to try to get a 13psi tune on 91 octane so I can have a travel-the-continental-US-safely map, and then crank the boost on e85 for a fun map

Since I was going to run E85 I decided to play it safe and only tune 91 up to 10psi and made 415whp (stock HG). I had it at 12 psi before making 435 (3mm HG) but had no reason once I decided to go 100% E85. I wouldn't push 91 if you plan on going the route I went.

that manifold looks very nice. any mods you have to do to fit that? just got back from Church Auto for a tune. my tuner Sean said i can only push 10 psi safely on pump gas with the log manifold. that would probably give me only 380hp. he advise me to get E85. so another tuner there name Daniel took me to an E85 gas station only 10 minutes away to fill up 15 gallons of E85. w/E85 we boosted 14psi and made 470 on the dynapak. i think that would probably be around 430whp? im so glad i found this place. everybody at Church is so knowledgeable and helpful. im pretty happy with 470 with the log manifold but i know i'll want more soon so im looking for a more aggressive manifold that don't require much mod. the forged performance manifold also looks good. whats a sidewinder?

It is a tubular manifold that looks like a long tube header (usually) that wraps around toward the front of the engine.

i see. do you know anythings about the Kings Performance sidewinder manifold? i notice they sell V2 manifold alone without the whole kit. i wonder what's the difference from the V1 and the V2. and what kind of mods it requires to fit

The inlinepro stage 2 only requires an oil filter relocation or removal of the stock oil cooler to fit.
