Default limits for 91 octane and stock motor

just want to know what you guys think the max horsepower and boost you can run safely on 91 octane pump gas with stock motor. i currently have a 06 s2k with a gt30r, hondata flashpro, ID 1000cc injectors, 340lp intank fuel pump, and a return fuel system. motor and head gasket is stock beside the AEBS head studs. i notice lots of you turbocharged guys have the privilege of 93 octane but here in CA 91 octane is all we got. im tuning the car soon so just need some opinion. Thanks!

Only opinion that matters is your tuners. Take it is high as hes comfortable with. Fwiw i have basically the same setup except for a 35r turbo and evans stopped at 13 on my car with 93 octane. Find a tuner you trust and let him make the call. Happy boosting.

10psi on 91 octane seems to be a safe limit. It can maybe be pushed to 11psi. The strength of the engine is not an issue, it's just knock limit of the fuel used. I hate our 91 octane here. Personally, I would probably have a base setting of 7psi or so, and have 10psi as the high setting.

Im running 18 psi on 91 octane currently but its not really the psi that matters. If I had the choice I would stick to around 16 psi for my setup.

It really depends on how efficient your setup is. On an Inline Pro log manifold and stock HG I would stop at around 380-400ish and with the 3mm HG 430-450.
If your setup is fairly efficient like a ramhorn or sidewinder, you could safely do 420-430 and with a 3mm HG probably around 500 max. This is from past experience on my own motor and it has been safe/reliable for over a year. I made 415 at 10 psi with 91 octane Sidewinder/6262.
