Guys currently running 7psi aftercooled Comptech with bolt ons just shy of 370bhp at crank how much will I get power wise increase at crank?

My redline is 9000.

Is it 15whp per psi?

Also I am right in thinking I will run at 8.5psi redline on my ap1 with an aftercooler?

Is the sos 3.6 pulley same as Comptech 3.5 pulley just sos measures it differently?

Lastly will the correct one belt fit both pulleys?

"Is it 15whp per psi?"

Every car is a little different but this is reasonable for guestimating.

I doubt they measure differently.

I made 9psi at 9k rpm with the SOS 3.8" pulley. 3.6" should net you right about 10psi. I'm making 13psi with the 3.2" sos pulley at 9k currently. fyi for some comparison.

I’ve never seen a 3.5” comptech pulley so I cant comment on how it compares size and fitment wise to the others.

Hmmm now I'm confused, I only want 9psi max @9000rpm (ideally around 8.5 at redline - i know i will lose a little boost due to the AC). At the moment i make about 6.5psi (i think its a 4.2" CT pulley the one designed to be ran on stock ap2).

Maybe I'm better going with a 3.8 SOS pulley then according to my data above?

According to SOS's website a 3.6 pulley will make 9psi on an AP1.

Now I'm confused.

I also read conflicting information about the right belt to use, i have a DAYCO one 5060390 (6pk0990) but read that its correct for 9psi and other say its too long???
