Can anyone measure how far the koyo sticks out from the wall?

C&R Racing does. It is thicker all of them in this configuration. I have their S2000 rad w/o the oil cooler. If I was to order it again, I would have a second fan mounted to it for the A/C. I love it.

Here is the only pic of it I have.

Where did you buy your Koyo? Price?

Sorry for the newbie questions but is this just for peace of mind or more visual look since you can see the entire radiator from the front of the car? Sorta like a FMIC look?

The Koyo is significantly heavier than the stock radiator.
