So the consensus is to go back to the stock gasket for now and not try the Cosworth 1.1mm 88 bore gasket on a stock 87mm bore.

I'm working on a built block, this is just a temp thing till I get that completed.

15% leakdown is definitly not normal. Sounds like headgasket for sure with the air in the cooling system.

Power is definitely down on the car also.
