I too just ordered a fullblown radiator and slim fan based off the comparison info.

they were in stock and shipped out nicely.
hopefully its reputation is consistant with my experience- i look forward to it.

Just installed my FB radiator this weekend on MY06. They supplied an adapter to fit the M10 coolant temp sensor to the pre-06 M17 threaded hole which was nice. Everything installed smoothly, however the mounting tabs for the passenger side fan were a bit too high. Both the upper 2 threaded mounting holes and the two tabs on the bottom were welded a good 1/4" too high. I didn't notice this at first, but when I installed the (stock) airbox, the snorkel would hit one of the fan mounting points and deform/pinch under pressure.

Anyone else have this issue?

I no longer have stock air box. I'm not sure if it would hit on mine. I'd PM Fullblown to see if this is normal.

If FB had come out with their radiator before I bought mine I would deff had chosen it because from what I could tell the koyo and FB look about the same thickness and they both look bigger then the mishimoto (not sure on mishimoto sizes). OEM radiator looks wimpy compared to the Koyo!

running 99% distilled water and 1% Toyota concentrated anti freeze.
Which AEM are you using? Is it calibrated for the correct coolant temps? Are you able to use the A/C in stop and go traffic?

I'm about to put together my Koyo/FAL #220 combo (like yours) I just want to make sure I'll still be able to use my AC in hot weather!
