I love mine. Only complant i have is the bolts they sent with it started to rust after driving the car in the rain just one time. im just going to go to ACE Hardware and get aluminum or SS bolts.

Coolant temps -- I havent noticed, but i hardly drive my car and my thermostat is drilled so its constantly moving fluid. Oh, and my hood is vented.

So summer is almost over and we have had a number of really hot days. For you guys that have this duct.....does it work???????

I just installed a 9" spal fan over the weekend to supplement the current fan. I am just waiting for the temps to rise to see if it helps with cooling while the AC is on. If this fan doesn't help I am thinking of getting this duct.

Thanks

Bringing a thread back from the dead but has anyone made more horsepower with less boost using this duct or has made better numbers?

I must have taped mine on, and stepped back to look at it about 1000X before I dug in. No matter which way you look at it, it never looks straight.

Im going to say it helps with spool up time. When Ceaser made his, he could spool the turbo a little bit more, but never got retuned. I think it will also help with cooling the radiator more as well. I may get one when we roll down there.

What about rain getting in?

I would not cut my bumper. They make aftermarket bumpers with this. May be better just going with an aftermarket bumper that has this. Looks much cleaner. IMO.

Looks like air induction for fuel not cooling.
