Default K1 f24 stroker rods has anyone use these rods.

I have a spare f20. Lock that I want to build into a low compression 2.4 stroker. I'm going to use a stock k24 crankshaft.

Has anyone successfully used the k1 f24 stroker rods? Will these rods work with the k24 crank in a f20 block?

I am using them on my build. however so far I have only done 5k on them before I started my turbo build. As you can see in the thread, the K1 rods are slightly shorter than they should be. Also you will need to clearance the block so they don't hit the cylinder skirts.

Also I would recommend getting a tsx crank. The f24 was also used in the accord and rav-4, however the crank is different and not as strong.

How can we use this rod if it too short and the small end is the incorrect size? The small end on the k1 rod is 22mm but we need to be 23mm for the s2000?

Are there any other option for rods what building a 2.4 besides inline pros $800 rods.

Call a rod manufacturer like Carillo, and ask for pricing on a set of customs. Tell them you want to use a K24 crank in an F20 block with OEM F series piston compression height. They will figure out the rest.

CP Carillo Custom Products

Alternatively, I have a set of used InlinePRO rods that I'm selling if interested.

Are they the inline pro rods for a 2.4 with the k24 crank? If so how much?

Yes sir, they are for the K24 crank. You can use an OEM piston, or aftermarket Wiseco/CP/Mahle F series pistons. Looking for $350. My for sale post is HERE.
