I ordered a universal single pod, I'll probably mount it on the dash.

4" pulley is in, thanks Moddiction.

Boost gauge is in, Walbro 255 and ID 725 injectors are on the way.

What else do I need?

Why the ID 725s? I'm not sure where the 4" pulley will put a FMIC SC setup at, but with a traditional aftercooler you're going to be really close to the upper range of the 725. You can always up fuel pressure, but you'll lose some pump flow.

You think I'll be close to maxing out these 725's at about 9 psi?

If you come in at 9psi you'd likely have around 330ish whp. With those injectors at stock base pressure, you will be close to 80% duty cycle. 85% is the recommended upper limit.

Yes, you can raise your base pressure which will give you more head room. Just remember this technique only works up to a certain HP. Namely the flow capacity (and corresponding hp) of your pump at X psi (X being whatever psi plus base pressure you're running), but you're well within it with whatever aftermarket fuel pump you have.

You'll be fine. The explanation was there so you can figure your upper limit should you ever go for more. Every reputable pump manufacturer publishes flow, psi, and currant draw charts you can reference.

I had to do this same technique when I maxed out FIC 900s at 100% duty cycle. Cranking up the base pressure let me get my max duty cycle to 85%

Vortech's instructions demand that I drill the FPR for more fuel bypass. Do I have to do that or is this strictly required if using their FMU setup and stock injectors?
I will be running a Walbro pump, ID725's and oem FPR with Haltech Platinum Pro.

Did you cut the stock injector clip wiring as close to the clip to leave the wiring as long as possible to crimp the new ID terminals? Should I leave some wire for future reinstall?

With any aftermarket pump, the stock FPR will have higher than stock fuel pressure. It can handle it, but you won't be able to adjust your fuel pressure.

After going through multiple failed adapter clips, I soldered in the pigtails. Sure they can fail on the injector clip side, but I've halved my potential failure places.
