I just purchased a Vortech V3 s/c with an Ultimate Racing intercooler and Tial blow-off.

I have a 4.25" pulley right now.
From what I read a 4" pulley should provide +/- 10 psi on AP2 (stock rev limiter). Correct?
I'm looking for 9 psi passed the intercooler.
Where can I buy a 4" pulley and belt?

What are your thoughts on fuel pressure regulating? Needed or not?

Any info and input is appreciated since I'm new to the f/i dark side.

4060500 works with the 4 inch pulley.

I just purchased a v3 as well.

Had to send it in since the oil slinger was mangled.

My setup

V3 with 3.8" on ap1. Est 13-14psi
Id1000's
Upgraded fuel pump
Stock aftercooler setup

No fuel pressure regulator. Looking to get it tuned within the next two week.

 

Yes, I measured 10 PSI on a 4" pulley using the SOS aftercooler. How much loss does your intercooler have?

 

About 1 psi. Ultimate Racing intercooler.

im on a ap1 so it made 13 psi. my 4inch made 12.5. so only made a .5 difference.

 

Just bought a 4".
