Houston, we've got a problem:
This is another gotcha with this kit.
Call John @ Inline and tell him to send you the cam bolts. I was having the same problems with the wastegate bolts and the bolts that hold the turbo to the bottom of the manifold.
He sent them to me for free and it solved this problem.

Trust me, you don't just want another bolt of the same type. They will constantly loosen up and back out no matter how tight you torque them down.
Call John and tell him you talked to Steve in Indy and are having the same issues with the bolts. He will send you these for free and you will never have to worry about this again:

They are special cam bolts that John found to address this problem.
They were not provided with my kit and John sent them to me after I got tired of driving around with swivels, wobbles, extensions and a torque wrench tightening these things up about every 500 miles.
There is no lock tight, etc. that can withstand the high temps there.
You could safety wire or throw a tack on there, but this is much more clean. I hope IP starts including these in their kit because if you search the forums, you will find that this is not an isolated problem.
The vacuum line goes into a T and over to my GM boost control solenoid.

Don't you have two vacuum lines coming off the wastegate?

Then if you have them, they were not installed correctly!
The cam snaps into the bolt head and fits tight against the wastegate and makes it impossible for it to back out.
It looks like the one that's left does not have the cam installed?
I do have two lines, you just can't see both in that photo.
