Default Intake manifold studs/bolts

I'm pulling my engine and I have a stripped intake manifold stud. Any advice on removing the stud and what should I replace it with?

Some PB Blaster and a left handed drill bit should get the job done. Replace with either ARP or oem

I bet it´s a standard M8 found on most Euro/Jap cars, Volvo use them on both intake and exhaust manifold for example.

They are just 8x1.25 studs. Very common.
