I've used some of those, they couldn't make one as small as I wanted though looks like I'll have to machine some.

yeah, making them smaller, i think would be more difficult. because they are inside the plenum, i think you might get away with thinner gauge if they are formed, since they only direct air and aren't structural. i might try to see if i can form some, but i will probably end up getting some machined for the third one. the problem with forming is you have to make a die. if it doesn't work out, all the time into making the die is wasted. i already have a set identical to the set on this manifold ready for #2.
