Way back I also had a Inline Pro engine fail on me while Jeremy was still building them. Mine was all 4 pistons melted on intake side. Inline never said what they thought, but I had Evans review my tune and said the timing was way to aggressive. Inline rebuild engine for only parts cost, no labor. Tuner retuned it and I lost 20hp. Engine held after that.

There are two more recent threads than this one. This third inline pro engine blew as well, after also having headgasket issues as well:

I abandoned any further dealings with inline pro and had jeremy allen fix the cylinder head and build a new shortblock. I went with fully sleeved cylinders and new pistons this time. I also put in a full return fuel system in the car as well.

I had Derek at Innovative Motorworks in Carlisle tune the car, it's been running perfect ever since. I have less than 2% leakdown in all cylinders after several trackdays with this car, zero registered knocks during trackdays, the car runs perfect. I can't recommend Jeremy or Derek enough, both of them gave way more attention to the car and build than anyone else, by far, and the results show.

Measure your cylinder head to make sure it's within spec, if not, you'll need a thicker HG. If you need help, let me know and I'll work through the math with you.

How does one setup a rebuild with Jeremy Allen? Does he have a company name, a website?

Or is he one of those Insta-only 'companies'? Not on social media so don't know these things.

Yeah his main channel of contact is through instagram. I was skeptical at first but he is extremely responsive.

Except I don't have Instagram account. Not social media savvy (or even social savvy)
