For those that have lowered their compression with low compression pistons' what head gasket are you using?

Why is the stock one better?is it a multiple-layer?

This is IMO, the inline kit is as pretty stout of a kit as you can get. It will not break crack glow or need repair. It however is not the best kit for making the most power cause its a log. In order to make over 350-400hp you will need to use there 3mm HG to make over that HP by increasing the boost up to 20 psi or 500hp. The 3mm should be good for around 20k miles if not abused or pushed too much. Sometimes they due blow but its better than blowing your motor. You could use meth injection as well to reach your goals but that also can have its own issues. You need to install the HG correct and not push it above its limit. Good luck. I would call inline pro to discuss this with them.

well im going to put the headgasket kit from inline pro in and see what happens. tom at inline pro said that they run them up to around 550 for dd with few problems as long as its tuned properly. the gasket is going in, i have arp head bolts and then its going on the dyno. wish me luck. its getting tuned by matt at dentsport garage. i should have it up and running by the end of the week. ill post the numbers.

until I decided I wanted to make crazy power and parted out everything and sent the motor out to be built, but i put about 3000 miles on it at 480, never missed a beat
