because he just maxed out even his 1000cc injectors at around 592hp with a GT35R at 22psi 
Ill be trading him for some 1600cc injectors so he can turn up the boost.
BTW, I have his stock block that made 517whp, itll be going in my 2nd S2000(slow-build) for all-motor duty

I suggest we make a sticky thread about the headgasket thing. So many people want to do this but non of us seems to know what exactly to do, what to get and how much to boost safely....

thumpeyr is right about he open deck design. At some point that needs to be addressed. Either sleeving or one of those braces that drops in between the sleeves and the block. But i've heard horror stories about them too.

Cometic doesn't sell the 3mm- Inline Pro does.
I ran the Cometic 2mm for a while at up to 10 psi. It worked great. I bought the Inline Pro 3mm to replace it. Now, I've gone a different route and rebuilt the motor to 9:1 instead. The 3mm is FS in the classifields. I bought the 3mm because I wanted to make as much power on pump gas and a stock motor as possible- that's not possible with the 2mm.
