I would definatly lower the base pressure again you are definatly going to riding the line or going over the pressure relief of the pump allowing for no linear fuel deliver and reduced flow rates.

Shoot me an email with your map and data log and I will see if I can help.

Yes there is a good chance you are damaging the motor.
How is it damaging the motor? I have a similar issue when under certain partial throttle situations. The tuner couldn't get a good tune with the emanage so I'll be driving 100miles on this tune to get retuned with ems. He assured me it would be ok.

I also have rc750s, stock FPR, walbro 255 wired to relay. Air fuels when cruising are 13.6-15.6 fluacting depending on rpm and throttle input.

not sure if this is related but off idle currently, my afr's are real rich when rolling into throttle; makes the car seem like its under heavy load...

My AFR from a cold start is bad, it starts rich 13.2 and goes to very lean while standing at traffic 16-18..
whe the car is warmed up the idle AFR gets better.... 13-14.

I recently retuned my car with the new 750cc injectors, with that I was hoping to get rid of the problem because I had the same problem with the stock injectors.

Should I lower the fuel pressure and get the car retuned? What adise can you give me?
Can anyone help me?

Igor
you arent going to hurt the motor at idle.

Sometimes you need to adjust the fuel pulsewidth/ign timing/inj phasing to get it smooth. also depending upon your corrections that could also affect and contribute to your issues. if the AFR is changing while you are rolling into the throttle, it can also be the accel pump that needs to be adjusted.

60 psi of fuel pressure is a tad high, but not that extreme, especially if you're running only 8.5 psi. if you decide to adjust this, its going to through off your fuel table in boost.

fyi, how far are you from trento italy? theres a good chance ill be in italy tuning several cars after i tune in UK mid december.
