Default ID1000's

[attachment=15024:small_DSC_0032 (2).JPG]

I believe these are for 00-05 since the lower o-ring is larger. Can someone confirm this? Did they send me the wrong injectors? I have MY06 and from what I've seen the ID1000's look different for 06+. There is some moisture on the injectors also. Is this normal for "Brand NEW" injectors? I was told it was due to them being tested? I see people selling brand new ID1000's with plastic caps covering the top end and these do not have that. Seems like these are shrink wrapped used injectors.

Please help me confirm that these are accurate data.

Take one out of the package and take a picture and I'll let you know what year they are for.

I still dont understand why they have moisture on them and shrink wrapped liked that? Is that how everyone receives their "Brand New" injectors?

Based on the included washers, those may well be for a 00-05. MY06 doesn't need the washers.

Did you buy these from Evans Tuning?

No. I would rather not say who I got them from yet. I will contact them and get the correct ones. Did yours had some moisture on them too?

Thanks

My intent wasn't to blast a supplier. I recently purchased ID1000 injectors from Evans and they came in the same packaging. I have yet to install them. Here are some photos of one injector. This is for a MY06. Hope this helps.

Yeah if you have the ones on the top, they are wrong. Just contact who you bought them from and i'm sure they'll correct the issue.
