I just finished installing the solenoid last night, it's connected to a switch mounted under the dash, so I can run hi/low boost.

Now make a BIG DIY write up on how you did it. As far as I know, you are the first one on this forum

Full-Race has my car with no gasket running awesome on 11psi. No knock on pump and conservative tune. I have only driven the car for two hours myself on 8psi and the car took a 500 or so mile trek to and from SEMA this year. The car is turboed.
I am firm that a lot of the boost available for use is all in the tune and tuner used.

I cranked it up last night. So far so good, but my boost control needs some tweaking, the boost fluxes between 9 and 12 psi. Nothing a little boost error correct can't fix

And I will do a DIY in a few days. I want to make sure that it runs right before I post a how to...last thing I need is for someone else to try it and hook it up backwards because I explained it wrong.

LOL and that's why I'm a bit sceptical. This will be my first full tune. I have done tweaks to maps in the past, but this time I'm going for the gusto...hybrid boost comp map built from scratch. I'll let you know how she turns out..if it works good, then I'll start charging for information J/K

Good luck and wish you the best. Take your time and if you see or hear anything get out of it quick. (throttle that is).

I'll say this right now- you're better off with less boost and more timing than lots of boost and compromised timing because you're trying to fend off knock.
