how long have you had your turbo?
i know this has been discussed before, but for some reason i couldn't get the search function to work. maybe it's just me. or if you have the link to the same questions, please provide it.
but either way... i'm currently running a comptech SC and i'm contemplating to go the turbo route.
so now i'd like to hear from some of you turbo guys on this board, especially those running 6 to 8 psi on stock internals, how long have you had the turbo set up and what kind of problems have you encountered?
thanks for sharing, everyone.

I just sold my CT SC with 9psi because I was not satisfied. So now I am going turbo. It should be done in a few days. I will let you know how I like it over the SC. Don't get me wrong, at 7k-9k rpms it was nice but I would like to see a little more power, and see it earlier like around 4k-5k rpms .

Hi,
No turbo here yet. Still in the works. I have read the threads about the problems people have had with turboing their car. Most of it is from a used kit, first timer installing a turbo, a crappy kit that is being installed, not a good shop and/or tuner, or just someone pioneering the way for the rest of us. But now that we have better kits, lovefab and soon to be Full-Race, we will only need a good tuner because the rest of the kit will be of quality. This now only leaves how much boost you run and how well you get it tuned. I think now is a great time to go turbo because all the pioneers have paved the way for the rest of us to have success.
