19 months ... 26,000 miles
vortech w/ stock pulley
had two pulley problems ... the idler pulley bolt snapped in half and the tensioner pulley bolt threads were damaged causing the pulley bolt not to fully tighten eventually causing severe scoring of the mounting plate

recently increased boost to 10#s

2 years, 4 months, 27K KMs, spring, summer, fall and winter driven.

Stock Vortech - 7 psi.
Problems: Oil leak at oil feed off engine due to vibration cracking the "T". Fixed by remotely mounting all sensors at the ends of steel flex tubes. (Sorry, nothing else to report here.)

ps. Of interest: Belt has never been re-tightened after the initial recommended tightening 400 miles after installation. Still at proper tension. Boost has never changed. Belt still in good condition.

It would be useful if, in addition to the years and miles, you guys could list any problems/breakages you've had. Also, how much boost and which supercharger or turbo system you have installed. Most of that information is probably available in other threads, but it would be nice to have it all in one place.
