How high can I boost a N1200 on 91 octane

I don't know much about super chargers but for turbos it's all about having a free flowing efficient setup. When I was first turboed I had a log manifold and a small garrett 50 trim turbo. I was only able to boost 9psi on 91 octane and I made 335 whp. I then upgraded to the track forged tubular manifold and I was able to boost 11 psi and I made 390whp. They I upgraded the small 50 trim turbo to a garrett gtx3576r and I was able to boost 14 psi safely and make 442whp on 91 octane.
Id say 12-14psi on 91 with a 1200 and stock motor is probably about where most tuners are going to feel comfortable max. Thats still going to be 400-420whp with that blower, so not bad at all. Throw on a decent water/meth injection kit and you could max out the blower speed making around 500whp.

i dont like the fact that evasive didnt let you talk to their tuner. I understand them being busy and such, but they could have at least offered to ask for you and give back to you at a later time versus telling you a random number (as you stated, idk if it was a random number or not)

And ya I asked to talk to him twice during that phone call and it was apparent I wasnt going to be able to speak to him.

yea that's b.s I run 9 psi on my f22 at 8500 rpm made 325 hp in 100f heat and I think 12 psi is a good compromise been thinking of putting a sneaky pete kit on the car for that little punch in the head when the new Camaros keep taunting me not sure if 320 hp will get it done and I still have the novi 1000 tuned on dyno dynamics so I think my power is about right

Yeah that’s kind of what I thought. 93 is a huge improvement. We have 92 here in WA and I wouldn’t have too many reservations about running 15-16psi on that with stock compression. 91 is limiting.

Ok so you guys made up my mind. 12-14 psi it will be. What do you think go with the 3.6 inch... dont have much experience with any other boost level.

No, too small a pulley. I'm making 13.5psi on a 3.8" pulley with this 1200. That's only revving it to 8400rpm and on a lower compression 9.6:1 motor. On stock compression you can count on seeing another 1-1.5psi with that pulley. Your probably best going with a 4"
