How do I quiet down my Asura exhaust system
Debating on what to do, so I am going to ask all my fellow S2ki members with similar setups what they would do. Living in socal, I am trying to keep my car as sleeper as possible and not have to worry about getting pulled over and whatever else reasons. Currently have a Ptuning GTX-30r turbo kit running an Asura Design exhaust system. Could not run the Ptuning exhaust since I have the Inline Pro differential kit, would not clear diff right. Anyway, I'm looking into chopping off the Asura resonator and adding a Vibrant performance ultra quiet 3 inch resonator, maybe running 2 of them. What is everyones opinion on replacing the Asura resonator, or maybe you guys can fill me on on what kind of setups you guys have. I am trying to eliminate the drone. I like listening to my music and not the exhaust drone like I use to when I was 17, LOL. Thanks everyone.

Thanks Camuman. The exhaust isn't super loud but does have drone. I've also had this exhaust for a very long time. Possibly worn packing. I just want to stay under the radar now, that's why i'm doing all this. Do you think 1 should do the trick, or 2?

I have one but my exhaust is twin loop. If there is room just do two. They kill like 3-6 db each if I remember right. And that's noticeable to the ear. I hate drone. Mine doesn't at all. My ears thank me for that.

so frustrating. i had an asura and should have kept it as i eventually went turbo anyways lol. do you have the reso asura mid pipe? maybe use the vibrant reso as your test pipe.
