How dangerous is 3.6psi
I have the rev hard kit with 650cc injectors. I also bought a 3.6psi wastegate spring. Is it safe to run that much boost on those injectors until i get an ems? Or should i just hold off on the install for another couple of months(holidays are coming so money will be tight for a little while) and just do when i get the ems.

couldnt you install the turbo and run oem injectors for 3.6psi of boost.

This whole thread sounds like bad news to me...the stock ECU doesn't know what to do with 650cc injectors (if that's what you're asking). Do you want to risk a blown motor? I've been there...it sucks and it costs way more than an EMS and a good tune.

You could run an FMU for 3.6psi, but you will need to block the map sensor from seeing positive pressure otherwise your car will stutter/stall/run like crap, because the map sensor will freak when it sees boost. But, i doubt that you will be able to maintain such a low boost pressure (you will most likley creep). So, I would just save up for the AEM EMS if I were you....

Im not planning on staying at 3 psi. I also dont want to use an FMU unless i absolutly have to. I already have the injectors and fuel pump and i amd going to buy the AEM EMS once i have the funds so it seems like a waste of money to get an fmu. Another problem i have is i dont know of anyway to get my car to the tuner(3hrs away), once the kit is installed. I dont know anyone that lives around here with a truck or a trailer, so im more than likely going to have to drive it there no matter what.
