Jack the front up till the rear bumper is almost on the ground then see where the coolant in the radiator. This will make it the highest point in the cooling system add coolant put the cap on and squeeze the hoses. Crack the bleeder till coolant starts to flow close it then let off the hose this will pull coolant from the Reservoir make sure it's full of coolant first if you do this a few times you should be able to push all the air out and/or get it to rise to the top of the radiator this is the way we did it when I worked at a Honda dealership and I never have any problems also I wouldn't delete the bleedlines that go around the engine it helps to circulate the coolant around the engine so that you don't get hotspots.

I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up here more often, but vacuum bleeding the coolant system is most reliable way to bleed. Guarantees no air trapped anywhere and a very quick process.
