Default Headgasket blown?

Alright I'll make this brief. Needed to change somethin and haven't started the car in a few weeks. So I changed it out and started it. Turned over immediatley. It was making this horrible metal clunking sound. Not like a spun bearing etc, more like no oil in the head. So I turned it off after only 5-6 secs. I then turned it over again and same thing. I did this 2-3 more times for periods of 5-10 seconds. I then pulled the valve cover off to make sure nothing was ruined.the oil in the pan looks fine (checked from dipstick) Everything looks cherry, except for this......

If you look at the back bolt head has "milk" on it. I barely even noticed this. The oil in the head was slightly discolored. Pulled plugs there all fine. Then I scoped the top of the pistons. And every single one of them except cylinder 3 has droplets of water.
So at this point I'm assuming the head gasket. Any help would be nice. I'm still waiting on a phone call from my tuner.
Here's a slight mods list
Cometic 2mm hg (2 layers removed so a 1.6ish)
E85
Arp head studs

also, this motor tune and all has barely 30 miles Max on it. Or a run time of 2 hrs Max. Most of which was on the dyno.

That's my guess as well. When you pull out the blown gasket, replace it with a new OEM one. Run OEM studs unless you prefer to re torque them regularly to prevent blown head gaskets.

I even asked about re tightening the arp studs and was told not if you do it right the first time.(I didn't build the engine) I just find it odd that the car seriously hasn't been beaten on let alone driven since the tune and already issues?
Why would it all of a sudden go on a startup? Thanks for the info guys Can stock headstuds be reused? I have 20 of them lol

That's why everyone says not to use those headgaskets. Time to put an oem one in there!

You should do a compression and leak down test before you start ripping your motor apart.

Also there is no power steering pump on an f20 motor. We have an electronic rack.

Yeah, agree. We´ve had tons of problems with Cometic on the Evo´s as well, crap IMO. The main problem I saw on the Evo gasket was lack of gasket material around the water jackets, the OEM one had "o-rings" built in.
And yup, have to re torque them after heating up the engine the first time.

Max hp on OEM head screws so far? It´s a battle in my head, OEM vs ARP vs FBM...

Dont mean to steal the thread but Im running the inline pro headgasket. I bought the metal plate for $50 and I work at Honda so I got the headgasket for $40. I slapped it on, turned up the boost and held with no problem. However, as I read about the IP Headgasket, more and more people are blowing them which worries me. My friends are on stock headgaskets however no more than 14Ibs opposed to my 19Ibs. Pepo (s2kking) advised me to take it out and run a stock head gasket. IP headgasket is still in with stock studs and no issues, any comments?
