Default having problems with defi blue racer gauge

Well I installed the illumination, power, ignition properly that I know for sure. The vacuum I tapped the bov tube with a T connect. For some reason when I'm driving the boost gauge shows 20 hg like 20 on the lower half of the boost gauge. I'm boosting 11.5-12 psi but it doesn't show the needle on the upper half its like on the bottom half.

Any ideas? thanks

What about when you boost? It will be showing vacuum until you get on the go.
