Default Hard start after tune.. Like bad battery?

I had the car tuned and I'm running aem ems v1. As soon as I got the car tuned the car started to take or ever to start even when warm and some times dosnt start at all. I have to sit for a long time before it will start itself and it is still very slow and takes forever.

Could this just be from a bad battery? It seems that way but I just want some other input.

I had a hot/warm start issue when running AEMv1. How are your cold starts?

Nope. Thats just how it is. It helps if you turn the key all they way amd wait a few seconds for the fuel pump to prime before hitting the start button. Mine takes a few cranks to start, and I'm comptech supercharged with an AEM v1.

Cold starts are usually better. Once the car has sat for a long times it seems better.

Does yours ever not start? Like if you stop and get gas, half the time mine won't start.

if you connect the laptop, and goto the start template, the engine should fire as soon as the "stat-sync'd" goes from off to on.

If you see stat sync'd take a long time you may need to have the cam and crank sensor resistors changed to increase the signal strength.

Yeah mine does that unless I turn the key for a few seconds and let the fuel pump prime then it will start

Like Wadzii said you should see it fire off as soon as stat sync switches to on. If it is not then the tune needs adjusted.
