greddy RS bov ok for vortech supercharger?
I got a Greddy RS bov for christmas. It is a direct plug and play install for the vortech supercharger. Installed it and turned the car on. It does not bleed boost the same way the stock vortech bov does. Will that be a problem at all? It closes partial throttle and then only opens when letting off the gas. Vortech stays open until almost full throttle when it closes.
Just want to make sure it won't cause any issues. I know it is not needed etc but was a nice gift and would love to use it if there are no ill effects.

Took it for a spin and seemed fine. It is much quieter compared to the Vortech unit. Vortech unit is always whistling like crazy since it bleeds all air off until almost wot. greddy stays closed. Haven't gone to redline or anything to hear it but sounds a little funny lol.

Think it might be. Not really sure. I haven't really heard it much since I haven't driven my car hard at all since I got it in. Silent around town since I am not really making any boost low rpms'.
