Whoever said it's law for products to have a warranty when sold in the U.S., that's bull.

If you've got proof, post it up. Otherwise, I consider it hearsay.

if you look at some other companies that file for bankruptcy,, they cant pay the debits and file for bankruptcy and over time they reopen fresh and clean without any debit. Look at Trump.

it's not a rumor, Trust declared CH11 yesterday.

As i said, Greddy says they are going to do business as usual.

Please go into more detail about your turbo, what does "died" mean. yeah unfortunately, 2nd hand turbos definitely don't have a warranty. But you can contact greddy and send it in for a rebuild depending on what's wrong with it.
I took the kit to an authorized greddy distributor for installation 6 months back. They spent a lot of time trying to get the kit to work properly then started to disassemble the kit until all that was left was the turbo. The turbo runs until around 7k 250hp then just would die, bind up or something. They custom fitted a gt30 on to the mani and used almost all the same parts same emanage ult and everything, re-tuned now everything works fine. So my dumb ass now has a greddy turbo paperweight. Just trying to figure out if it's worth anything? Can I get it rebuilt and ebay it? They used the actuator spring off the greddy for the new turbo. Looks like there my be very very very small scratches inside where the fins are. Any thoughts?

Your comments are very well thought out and intelligent.

First off, just b/c greddy doesn't make a high hp kit for the S, doesn't mean they don't make them at all, or aren't capable. The larger turbos like T67, T78, and T88s are widely used on Nissans and Toyotas. Ie. 1000+ hp skylines and supras. The market is just different in the US and not everyone wants 1000+ hp cars. Some ppl want carb legal turbo kits, greddy is filling a niche in the market.

Spoken from expierience thats all,

lemme ask you why doesnt titan motorsports use greddy turbos? why didnt craig paisley in his supra? why didnt the street glow twins? simple they dont make anything large enough plain and simple.

wasnt speaking of a high hp kit for the s2k was speaking in gen.......

and yes greddy turbos are mitsubishi turbos, hell they have the mitsu sighn right on them, Ide rather go with a BW,Garrett,TN precsion anyday of the week before I went with a greddy turbo.

I always LOL@ the greddy t76 its not even a real 76mm turbo lol

Everyone's personal preferences are different, as well as sponsors. Just think about that and let it sink in.

Are we talking largest turbo in the world or something?! I don't think a T88-38GK is small or not large, by anyone's standards. There's probably bigger, but is that what we are discussing?

yes i am well aware greddy uses mitsubishi. And again, everyone's preferences are different, so i'm not surprised that you would choose different from the next person. Should i be?

i'm not familiar with the T76..
