Default Fuse Box Relocation

To those of you who relocated your fusebox, what gauge wire did you use? TIA

0/1 gauge for the battery relocation
8 gauge for the power steering
4 or 6 gauge for the alternator (can't remember which size)

I appreciate the response; I should have elaborated. I was specifically referring to the wires running to ancillary connectors (headlights/ground/etc). What is the factory wire gauge for the aforementioned wiring?

I'm not relocating the battery to the trunk (relocating to the front crossmember). I'll likely go with 2-4 gauge for battery and 6 for the alternator

Most likely 18 or 16 gauge.

Cool. That's what I assumed it to be. Thanks

I used 18 gauge for the small EPS wires, and 8 gauge for the larger ones. For the ancillary connectors you're referring to, 18 gauge should suffice.

Bumping my old thread. What is the factory wire gauge running from the battery to the starter? I've read conflicting information (some are saying 4 gauge others are saying 6 gauge).

Sorry to jack thread but do you have to relocate the fuse box? I mean if you are running a log style manifold any reason to move?

Depends on the type of log manifold. Which one were/are you considering?
