look for like a 93-94 super coupe. You're really just after the housing. Im sure it is found in earlier or later models, but that is what we've been buying.

OK sounds good, there are a few in my area I found. Going to rebuild it once I get it. It's too damn hot to go to the junk yard though.

how much is it for the kit (both power ratios) and a rebuilt diff with 3.90's? Also, could you buy the lower one and upgrade to the bigger one? i assume its only the axles that are different

We have revised our rear end brackets. The older steel brackets works fine, but we are constantly trying to improve our products. For our customers who have bought the steel version, we are also offering an upgrade. Please contact us for details and the cost.

(Above is NOT to be confused with Trac Loc which go for $270)
3.9 or 4.11 gearset $140 (ebay)
Installation kit (?) say #120

Total $3724

Assuming any reasonable shop could assemble the diff, how difficult is the install? New wheel bearings needed? Other stuff?

Can we use this DIFF? or is it not compitable for some reason? I was just looking at Diffs, and I see one for $200.00

------8.8 TRACTION-LOK LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIALS 28 Spline
8.8" differential Features plate-type clutches Will accept anti-lock exciter ring Requires 4 ounces of CM-19546-A1 friction modifier with initial fill

Can I use this one?

Here is the webpage, look about half way down
