Yeah, just starting to look into it. Truetrac is a Torsen type that's closer to the stock design, no clutches to wear out etc.

Oh and think American in a bad southern accent... yeah moving on.

you can change the lsd to the 31 spline pretty easily and cheaply. You'll want to do that anyway as lincoln never put an lsd in the mark viii.

have to have a 28 spline for this kit unless they did something else all of a sudden after I got my kit

You have to use the 28 spline with our kit.

will the 8.8 out of a crown victoria work for this? I have a friend that works at a cab shop and if these fit I would be golden
