Yep, which is really not what I wanted under heavy breaking for a corner.

Had to use an old spring and cable ties to get the car onto the trailer

I'm not the only one who's had issues with the quality it seems.

Better quality spring required! You don't want that happening again.

I always run twin springs on the racers for that reason, happens more often than you'd think!

So I spoke to full blown and they said they are out of stock which means they don't make no more. He said when they get time they plan on making a revised throttle body to take care of issues like this. What do you guys think? Should I grab a skunk2 tb or wait for LJ to make his magic happen with his new revised fb tb?

IVe got the Skunk2 one now and it's a different league. FB one is a piece of junk imo. The machining is so bad it sticks when closed.

Here's the broken spring on mine. Also on the second pic you can see how far I had to wind the spring in, effectively keeping it 10 degrees open to stop it from sticking. Junk.

Did anyone else have issues with theirs not idling the car right? IF you look at a stock TB, you can see the IACV ports are seperated, but on mine, the back of the IACV ports are open...

Just wondered.

Thinking of selling it for cheap, and grabbing something else.

For a racecar, it's a nice piece, for a street car, not sure it's the best option for me.

Did Fullblown ever come out with a revised 74mm throttle body? I just purchased a 74mm Blow Racing v2 Billet version and it sticks.
I have the fullblown intake manifold (74mm) and really would like to find a 74mm throttle body that will not stick.

Any suggestions? I have heard Skunk2 has a bad reputation on some parts. How about their throttle body?
Any other companies that are in the upper range of quality that makes a 74mm?
