No problem at all. I noticed it right away, but I didn't mark the correct orientation which made me spend more time trying to get it right. Ultimately, it is in and working and that's all that matters. Appreciate all your help with putting together the return line parts.

Also if you’re set on running the Walbro 450 skip the SOS kit and go for the Seamless Auto Care fuel pump rewire. I had issues for years with melting fuel pump hangar pins or the 12ga wires coming off the battery, all solved with the Seamless kit.
lol shit i just got the SOS wiring kit cause the other user bought seamless
it's brand new too

Looks like ill just go this route then lol
Would an OEM ap1 rail suffice? Or should I just splurge and get all the Radium stuff?
Gonna see if my tuner can just build me one

If you go with an OEM AP1 rail, you will need adapters to convert the connections to AN fittings. Once I saw the parts list from @Dizings2k it made sense why he went full radium. It definitely simplifies things and you can use your 2006-2009 injectors if you already purchased injectors, like I did.

If you don't want to go the seamless auto wiring route and are able to figure out how to wire things up yourself, radium also sells a 10awg wiring kit and separate bulkhead connectors. I do like that their bulkhead connectors have a sleeved sealing section versus just a single plastic washer on the seamless kit. The main advantage to the seamless kit is going to be the tailored aspect of the kit instead of being universal.

Yes, I just tried to match up the ring with the current tabs, compared it to the original and did my best to make sure the tab I cut ended up orienting the fuel pump the same way as before. It'll all make sense when you have all the pieces in hand and see what you need to do. Anyone can reference my fuel pump installed picture showing the white top of the pump basket installed in the tank and compare it's orientation.
Which wiring kit did you use? SOS?

What pump are you going to use? If you aren't running the Walbro 450, you might be okay with the SOS kit.

Apologies I see in the first post you said a 450. I'd probably use something 10awg or larger to be safe.

yeah gonna go with 450, but i am not aiming for tons of power, would an aem 340 e85 compatible suffice for under 500whp?

What part of the harness should be 10 gauge?

Personally I am partial to Walbro. I've always had good luck with them and not great experiences with other brands. But I've not used AEM. In terms of fuel flow, the 340 would be fine. And you could use the SOS kit without trouble.

If you want to go with a different kit though and the 450, I'd personally want at least 10awg from the front to the pump connections. And in my opinion that includes converting from using the stock connector to using bulkhead studs. If you don't want to go with the seamless kit, radium sells the studs and a 10awg kit. You can buy both for about half of the seamless kit.
