Yep, just for reference, I was coming from an OEM 06 fuel hanger with a walbro 255 pump and thats it. Nothing aftermarket as far as wiring or fuel pump hanger before putting in the AP1 hanger.

Found another thread that shows how the seamless kit gets wired in. It does require drilling holes in the hangar and installing lugs for power and ground.

Yes exactly this. It sounds more daunting than it truly is, their PDF instructions and customer service are great, I changed a few things in regards to mounting positions for the breaker and relay, but zero issues otherwise, and steady fuel pressure at all times now.

I went ahead and ordered the seamless kit. I think the use of 6awg wire is a bit silly, but it seems like it should solve the issues of getting power to the walbro 450. Thanks for the tip!

What do you guys think of the Seamless dual pump wiring kit instead of wiring it myself? I was thinking about going this route with mine since I have the CJM dual hanger and twin 535 pumps. You also get a choice of going with the "Wire loom- Raychem DR-25", but I'm not sure if that is worth the nearly $100 addition. Anyone know if that is worth getting?

I'm also trying to figure out whether to have the pumps staged to come on separately or just let them both run all the time. Seamless offers either choice and not sure which would be best.

Any help?

One of the main reasons I went with Seamless was the ability to upgrade to dual-pump later with the CJM hangar. I personally got the Raychem option, I have yet to see the alternative but I dont really see the value in the Raychem option, just looks a little better possibly and in extreme circumstances may be more durable against heat, but since its driven off the back of the alternator, it ends up being nowhere near the hotside of the engine bay.

As for staged or running them together, I have no experience on that but would be worried about the alternator supplying enough voltage at idle/low load.

He might be able to. If you look at my build thread I'm running a -6 version of the main line underneath my car. I did the exact opposite of what this thread is about, I swapped my car from a return to returnless system utilizing that line and and 06+ fuel basket. I'm not sure if there is enough clearance for a fitting that large with the way it mounts. I'll have to look through my pictures.

Here is a picture of the line under the car:

This is with the -6, an 8 might fit but I could see a 10 being to big. That said he obviously has the jig so could fab up something for you however you want.

For anyone that's ordered the seamless auto care wiring kit, how long did it take to ship?
