i'm pretty sure you're supposed to get it dyno tuned or at least use a wideband to get an idea of your AFRs. i'm almost positive that it's not safe to set it to a standard value and assume it's fine.

Yeah Jerry had some good advice, the best way to get your settings right is to set that fpr to about 95psi at redline and then hope that gives you enough to fine tune your leaning on your vafc, what ever your idle pressure ends up being isn't really important. If your running the stock pulley this should work fine for you. 95% duty cycle or in other words 95psi will give you max trouble free fuel enrichment to work with, you could try knocking it down a little bit if you find that you are actually leaning out enough on the vafc once you check out your afr. You might find that you can get away with 90psi at redline, but suggest 95psi to start with to give you enough headroom on those cold days. Make sure you have a wide band to monitor your afr at all times, you will likely need to make some adjustments on the fly depending on the day.

Fine tune leaning on VAFC? I thought you could only subtract fuel with it?

Gotchaa! Man ever since I yanked the FIC out its been alittle funny setting the FPR. I think I should rebuild the FPR, I havnt measured fuel pressure either. Its really cold out and I average a 12.8-13.0 under WOT. Seems abit lean, but should be ok with a Range 8 plug im guessing. I have a 7 in atm, FIC tune was Bill Gates rich.

I also noticed a second screw on the side of the adjustment screw, whats it for?
