Good times, it's not easy launching the S2000 with out breaking stuff, I think you did it the right way. The goal is to have fun but don't bust up too much stuff.

I noticed that the OIL FILTER gets super super hot so I put some heat Tape just on the one side where it is an inch from the charge pipe, I covered only a small amount of the Filter becuase I know that needs to cool down as well, but I also put some heat tape on the charge pipe where it faces the oil filter. My car runs like asshole when its hot/heatsoaked, and runs like a fukin beats when its cooler out. Lats night it was 65 degrees outside and the car was spinning through most of first........

I am going to go to the track here in Old Bridge, but am going to do so on a cold fall night............

actually best bet might be tuning up the boost 1 psi and see if it will lean the car out to a better a/f ratio

I dont mean to badmouth anything and I hope I dont offend, but a 100MPH trap speed is ungodly pathetic. Im hoping something is severely wrong with your car or the tune is extremely far off. I didnt buy the greddy kit to have a "fast" car, but if I only trap 100MPH Ill drive the car straight into a wall.

Hot or not, should still be pulling much better traps than that. 300WHP when tuned, I could see it losing 20-30whp due to the heat, but going even further say he is only making 250WHP, that still should be a ~105-108MPH trap. As you said, a light bolt-on N/A car can trap 100mph no problem. I trapped 97 compltely stock on my 1st and only run with this car, with a slight mis-shift to 2nd.
