Default Filter Relocation / oil cooler and oil pressure drop?

My car won't go into VTEC once its warmed up, it has bad oil pressure so I think this is the issue.
I have an ebay looking plate off the block into a relocation kit then chained to an oil cooler, there is no stock oil cooler.
Its all put togther with braided 10N stainless but theres a lot of lines and bends and whatever.

I am looking at changing this setup to have a mocal oil sandwich plate with a 180f thermostat feeding into the oil cooler then the science of speed 90 oil adapter.

So this is the: Mocal Sandwich Plate- 20mm Thread

Then I was going to mount the filter behind that with the 90 degree adapter:

Anyone run this setup or ahve any comments on viability ?

I'm thinking at least piping wise this should put pressure close to where it is stock?
I guess pressure might drop when the mocal opens up at 180F and the cooler kicks in so I'll look to optimise the lines.

So it looks like the science of speed filter adapter fits with about 1/4" clearance with the mocal sandwich adapter and no stock cooler!

The manifold is the ebay full-race and the turbo is a Garrett t3/t04 with a .63 compressor side

What does you're car do specifically? Does it feel like it hits a rev limit at about 6k? I'm trying to help a buddy whose car is doing that after putting a greddy kit on. Thinking about trying a thicker oil first.

The car works fine for a lap or two then once it gets hot it loses all power in high RPM's its not like a limiter.
It just goes super rich above VTEC (7000+), it sounds quieter and it just runs like crap, won't realy pull to redline.
