Hard to tell from the pictures, but have the threads deformed?

And thanks for sharing. Hope Avid responds promptly
Yes; a few of the threads sheared.
As expected. I don't know why Avid thought it would work designing against common engineering practices

For the cracked bushings, are they on both front & rear face on each of the two mounts?

Each mount had a cracked bushing; each on the inner part of the mount (the side closest to the engine), but on opposite sides. The passenger side mount bushing was cracked on the side that faces the front of the car, while the driver side was cracked on the side that faces the firewall.

Wow, that really sucks.

Hasport also makes motor mounts, 62A, 70A, 88A, 94A. The only problem I had with those was I had to press the bushings in and they were tight fitting in to mount, Not that that was a problem, more of a nuisance. lol

You can also get them anodized now too.

I spoke with Inline Pro earlier this year (before the FBM/Avid mounts were available). They relayed that the mounts are no longer in production.

I'll give FBM and Avid an opportunity to rectify the situation. I prefer this design compared to Hasports. I appreciate the information

I agree, this is total crap. I'm returning my Avid mounts back to LJ. Franklin/Avid is aware of an ongoing issue and expect them to respond and defend their product. I was expecting them to be active in this thread; however it's pretty obvious their responsiveness is lacking.

I'll be purchasing the Hardrace mounts instead
