Edit: To sum up everything that's happened, there are now 3 versions of brackets?
Original ones shipped from LJ
Revised ones (pictures above) which do not fit 2 washers
And now a 3rd and final production version that fits 2 washers per side?

i believe theres only two versions not 3, but this is getting confusing, i have not been contacted by avid about mounts, and full blown is just sending me washers as far as i know

Sorry we didn't have the man power to be on every forum, however you have a PM regarding your PM that you sent to me. I'm here to address, solve, help or support our products. As a small company we rely on our dealers such as LJ to help, we thank you Full Blown as they are a big part of us. Things take time to get right unfortunately things happen but we're here to take care of it.

Hopefully I can try to answer some of the questions.
AVID/FBM Didn't send the 2nd batch of brackets out their laser supplier did, the guys over @ AVID stated they had LJ put a stop on all the packages that went out with the incorrect parts to prevent further confusion.
LJ should have a batch of "final" mounts, that should be headed out your way.
Myself, and Kyle (herecomesboost) were the only ones who got a second set of shot brackets, which was un intentional, and we are sending directly back to AVID.
