I am sorry guys, apologies is all I can offer right now. I am sourcing the washers myself and taking care of this issue since I have been given the run around multiple times.

For the customers who have dealt with us. We always try our best to give you the best products at the best prices with the best customer service. The problem is that we sometimes have to work with other companies to produce certain products. This issue have really screwed us because we have no control over what is shipped and when it ships.

I truly apologize and I am willing to give everyone a full refund on this and pay for all shipping costs if they are not happy.

I can tell you right now I KNOW LJ will do any and everything he can to fix this issue, ordered multiple times from them, any issues handled extremely quickly an professionally, Avid may be having an issue but it should not influence anyone's opinion on FullBlown..

It's definitely a bummer to see FBM be put in this position. I have dealt with LJ and company for numerous purchases (Injectors, Fuel Pump, V160 Conversion, 8.8 Diff Kit, Radiator, etc) and my experience dealing with them has been nothing less than extraordinary. Corey hit the nail on the head

Could you provide an estimate on when you'll be able to ship the washers to us?
