Default F20C STOCK SLEEVES

Hi everyone! Do you know whats the max power you can push reliably on the stock sleeves with forged pistons and rods?

Since some people push 800whp on stock parts, I would say around that. Maybe stop at 700whp to feel safe?

I thought everything in the F20/f22 motors are forged. and yes I'd say 700whp. But the diff and tranny won't like it.

Stock engines are good for 700whp+. Stock pistons and rods are forged.

For most people I would say around 550whp maybe 600 is a safe zone, any more than that is playing with fire IMO, there are a few people that have made over 700whp stock short block but that doesn't mean everyone can do it

Very true, I have 5 engines sitting in my garage right now, cracked piston rings and scored cylinders walls in all of them. They come from stock and SC engines, max 300whp. That´s why I´ll never say it´s safe runing stock pistons even if they are forged.

my guess would be 900ish if you gaped the top rings another 10thousandths. overexpansion of the rings cause them to butt together and score the cylinders crack rings that and h11 head studs plus a good tune
