I don't see any signs of oil leaking. And it hasn't seized. I think the bolt just finally backed its way out. The belt was torn perfectly in half (down the length of it). It looks like the bolt backed out, pulley shifted, and belt shifted on the bottom pulley and wore itself in half or something. When I got the new pulley installed, they must not have tightened it enough...even though that was a very long time ago.
I just don't understand how I'm running lean. I guess if there's no air, it doesnt give it any fuel? I'm just really confused on that part. Like someone stated earlier, if I disconnect everything in front of the throttlebody, do you think that will cause it to richen up...even a little? I just figured at idle, the EMS is going to make it rich without the SC spinning, but does it not do this if it sees less air? I'm obviously no mechanic, but I just didn't think the a/f would be affected much at idle. If anything, I would think it would start very rich and then quickly lean itself out when it saw no air.
There aren't any vacuum lines near that belt are there? Maybe when it finally ripped it could have slapped one off? I don't remember having any in that area.
I'm just having my doubts that when I put a new bolt on, new strap, that everything will be back to normal. I just have this horrible feeling that something else is going on here as well.
Thanks again for the input guys. Sorry it took so long for me to respond back.
I've had the car towed to my house, so now I can check on things a little quicker.

ok, so I can tell if some vacuum hoses are missing by hooking up a boost gauge, correct? We've hooked my friend's gauge up a couple of times. What should a normal S2000 read when I crank it up? 0...maybe a little negative? What would it read if vacuum hoses were missing?
Thanks again,
Dave
