Exhaust cutout vs Aftermarket Exhaust

Exhaust cutout vs Aftermarket Exhaust
My spring nitrous project is soon to get underway and I was going to cutoff the stock mufflers and use some invidia's or something aftermarket and just use the stock piping ( I have a testpipe )...but then I stumbled onto the idea of an exhaust cutout after the testpipe...do you guys think this would have considerable gains over the stock cat back piping and or a 70mm aftermarket exhaust?!? ( stock header yet ) What do you think? I'll be running a 100 shot and up ( 150 shot tops for now ). Sc,turbo, and n/a guys would all see benefits from a exhaust cutout lets hear your opinions. I would only use the cutout for dynoing, racing, nitrous use, etc and close it during normal driving.

which one would gain more power, the cutout or 70-75mm single?
I think a nice exhaust would be beneficial, but probably not the most cost effective solution, so in retrospect a cutout would be the bast bang for your buck imo.

search my previous posts.
get the cutout, keep the stock exhaust.
you will not have any room to put a cutout AFTER the testpipe/cat
put the cutout / Y pipe in place of the test pipe.
end story.
