Come down to Summit Point! It would be fun to have another turbo s2000 at an event down here.

I typically avoid the super hot months for tracking. Not because of the car but because I hate standing in the heat all day long. Spring and fall events FTW.

Even in hot ambient temperatures I'm still confident in their oil cooling set up. My testing was done in 50-55* ambient, which is cooler. But with the amount of play left in the oil temps on a mild day I'm confident.

[QUOTE=EternalLx,Jan 11 2011, 05:00 PM]You might have the older 150psi pump but the new ones are adjustable from 150-250psi.

He mentioned that too much meth wouldnt make power and chance of washing the cylinder walls and some other things I cant remember right now

A Solenoid right before my distribution block has been recommended to me however after some research while it will stop siphoning the engine will still pull all the meth thats in the 4-port black and the lines coming off it to the injectors.

When do you plan on hitting the dyno? I'd love to see your findings with the meth setup so I can start ordering mine as well. My car is in storage until spring so I won't get a chance to test until then but want to get it ready!

Kit looks good by the way can't wait to see what it makes with meth!

The dual oil cooling set up will be overkill IMHO. I can't forsee anyone pushing the car enough with the PTuning oil cooler to overheat the oil. While running 25 minute sessions on track I hit 230* peak oil temperature.

The oil cooler does an extremely good job. While I was on the straights WOT the temperature would stay steady or went down. Only when I was in slower sections did it increase at all.

Looking forward to seeing some water/meth injection numbers. Looks like a clean install so far.
THIS

Back in July in 90+degree heat...we took it out on the road for testing...I've got an oil temp gauge and it was always in the 220ish range. We def were romping on it and pushing it hard...Never even flinched...no heat soak either.

I also have the Koyo radiator as well..

Plenty of us do fine without a oil cooler on the streets in the first place
25 min track sessions are very different

But lets just leave this topic alone till the summer. Agree to disagree for now.
