Default Dropping Vtec with supercharger...?

Did anyone lower their vtec point with s/c? If I remember correctly Comptech said lowering vtec point by 500 is optimal, but they advise me not to make any fuel adjustments using vafc controller...

Are you sure you didn't hear wrong and they really said to make fuel adjustments? It just wouldn't make any sense if you didn't add a bit more fuel.

Maybe they are saying to stay away from a vafc all together.

Comptech told me it was okay to lower the vtec point with vafc; however, they advise me not to use vafc to adjust fuel...use fpr.

When I installed my Vortech we dropped Vtec to a 4900 engagement point. The dyno shows how it worked out.
