You've mounted a 255/50-16 on an AP1 rear wheel?

255/50/16, - this can easily be mounted on an AP1 Wheel... in fact Arnold was doing it for a bit last season if I'm not mistaken.

With a 17x8.5" +48 Offset wheel I ran a Mickey Thompson E.T. Street 275/40/17.... but rubbing was definitely an issue.

Yes. Everything clears fine no rubbing issues what so ever.
