Default do I need a retune for new colder spark plugs?

hi there guys.
my car is 2007 supercharged, tuned years ago by Evans tuning ,with OEM spark plugs.
it's being so many year, even thought I barely drives the car, but I guess I needed to change the spark plugs.
so do I need a retune if I go with colder ones.
I am looking to buy this (NGK Iridium IX BKR8EIX)
thanks so much

Why do you plan on getting colder plugs? Did you inspect the current plugs and see evidence that you need a colder plug? Has your use of the car changed? Like it used to be a street car with infrequent high rpm/high load use and now it will see track time?

If you were professionally tuned on that plug and the tuner didn't recommend colder I'm not sure I would just put colder in just cuz.

It would be best to get a good read on the current temp plug to see what the car wants. I find this to be a great compilation of information and some additional links within:

Who tuned the car? Can you reach out to them?

Yeah. He doesn't need to retune. In fact those Iridium BKR8EIX's should have been in the car from the time it was supercharged.
