Thanks for all the replies, great info.

This is my spring/summer/fall car as well so when I drive it I like to have fun....wife would barely drive in it w/ me NA....not she probably won't go near it, laf

I'm supposed to get mine back within the next week and just wanted to be sure before getting on it too much. I'm sure it will take a bit of time to get used to the add power, clutch, etc. Unfortunately the season is coming quickly to an end here in OH and want to get out in it before have to garage it till April !

546 whp here, and I have yet to break my diff or trans. I've snapped 2 axles, but those were due to wheel hop. I drive it hard, taken to the track many times and its never been a problem. I put an AP2 trans, driveshaft, and diff in my AP1 before boosting. I'm not really sure how the AP1 stuff would hold up.

I think my only saving grace is boost by speed, 2nd gear ramps up from like 12 to 20 by top of it. I think if I didn't limit boost in 2nd it would have went a long time ago. though my 2nd is still a ticking time bomb, even if it goes tomorrow, it lasted LONGER, way LONGER than I could have hoped for.

Excellent point - I have boost by gear too (1st 10 psi, 2nd 12 psi and 3+ 18psi). Stock trans, axle and diff so far.....

All depends on how you drive. I have done 50+ roll races. I never start in 1st. Stock tranny and diff. I am also using boost by gear.
